Join us on Sunday September 11th during Waterford’s Harvest Festival for Local Food & Cocktails by Waterford’s Blackwater Distillery!

Chef Seb Lejoye has created a harvest lunch celebrating the best from the local butcher, fishmonger & market. 

Each small plate has been paired by Blackwater Distillery's Mixologist, John Coleman with a specially created Blackwater based Cocktail. 

Try a Blackwater Gimlet with Dunmore East Lobster Croquettes or a Beetroot & Pommegranate Negroni with Crispy Duck Leg, Pommegranate Molasses, Squash Puree & Local Red Cabbage.

John Coleman & Dan Grummell of Blackwater Distillery will be with us on the day to informally chat to each table.
